Does anyone have the ACS dead pedal replica? If so how does it fit...does anyone know how it differs from the real one? Also about how much did it cost you guys?

If you're talking about the replicas on Ebay, then it's looks different because the replica just has the pedal while the original has a base which holds the pedal and two tabs at each end to hold the pedal. You can easily look at the ACS website to see what I'm refering to. But from what I've heard some people don't like how the original does not cover the whole dead pedal and the fake one does.

ok.. just realized that doesn't really answer your question,but basically, the replica is a bit longer which covers the whole foot rest area part..

the real one covers only part of it, i can't seem to find the pic for it.

maybe someone can help you

I bought the replica one form Pkorkis, and think it fits better than the real one. Looks better too.

I have replicas and the dead pedal does not cover all of the plastic, it covers everything you can see but the top 2 inches or so are still the plastic. I decided to save the money and my full replica set, all four pedals, cost me less than $100 from ebay.

What does the dead pedal screw into, isn't the base just plastic?

Yep mine came with self tapping screws and I also applied a little silicon adhesive just to be safe.
