Car's mechanically all good yea?
I think they crunched the gears a bit, as it is slightly harder to engage 1st and 2nd - Not too bad though, just not as easy.

There is a whine in the drive line when slowing down to stop as well.

Cheers Bafffyyy.

Are you running quad pipes out again or just a single twin?
The system will be twin 2.5" from header collectors with two 2.5"100 CPSI kitties to 3 " in and out bullet style mufflers before the axles with twin 3" inch pipes to the bumper finished off 3" tips (3" in and twin 3" out) e46 M3 look

Quad tips.

Excited.:excited:

I have not been this excited ***55357;***56835; for ages.

Got all my exhaust parts ready for Fridays exhaust transformation.

Twin 2.5" to twin 3", this should free up the exhaust a little bit. (was single 2.5")

I have had my current system on since about 2008 now its time to retire this system to make way for more power.

Car was not finished untill late on Fri, so will not pick up car until Mon morning, as went away Fri arvo.
Exhaust shop said when car was started it had a crackling sound a loud crackling sound but went a way when revs were increased slightly.
I think the crackling sound would go away once the engine was warm.

If its too loud, I will cut out part of the spare wheel well and put a couple of big mufflers in there, that should quite it down.

My rear sub-frame to floor repair that was fix about seven years ago is starting to open up again. :banghead:
