330Cd ICE Upgrade

Since getting the car 2 weeks ago and spending a fair amount of time in it I have fast come to the conclusion that it is time to replace the stock ICE. I spend a lot of time in the car - around 10 - 15 hours a week so having a good entertainment set up is important an in my opinion money well spent.
Thought i'd run this set up by some of you experts before I go ahead and get the work done:

I am not planning to change the rear speakers as I'm told it will make very little difference as all the sound is coming from the front and the bass from the behind.
