330 shiftboot

anyone ever bought a 330 shiftboot ? i just called circlebmw and they say that the shiftboot comes with 4 tabs.. as opposed to a plastic ring ? does this sound right.. ? will it fit on an m3 ? reason is im changin my shiftknob.. TIA :thumbup:

I would think they're all the same, I took mine out awhile ago and it looks like a plastic ring with 4 tabs to hold it in place.
