Yes, I have on a '99 328i which has the same brakes as a 2001+ 325i.

front and rear

Fronts only.

330 front calipers, carriers, rotors, and pads

The fronts are a direct swap. The rears are not thanks to a different diameter parking brake assembly. You may be able to swap the entire parking brake/bacing plate assembly but I have not tried it.

is it worth just getting the OEM Caliper and Carriers, while going with a rotor like Zimmerman OEM size, and a dustless pad of some kind?

aprox. cost of an upgrade like this?

that's exactly what I would do, and was going to do, until I realized that my OEM 16" rims wouldn't have enough caliper clearance, should I revert to stock. :thumbup:
