I searched and searched to no avail. I have been looking for a retractable cargo cover for my wagon for a long time. I may have found one from a 2009 but I was hoping that someone would be able to tell me what year(s) of e46 wagons cargo covers would fit my 2000 323it.

I think they are all the same 2000 to 2005, 323it, 325iT, RWD or AWD. You should try to match the interior color you have. You could check http://www.realoem.com/bmw/ to see the part numbers, but I am fairly sure you will find the same number for any 2000 to 2005 Touring, only different colors.
