Gas mileage does not really matter to me because i am fine with paying 3.30$ for Gallon. Also do these cars also have a problem with their cooling system?

I think it's a safe assumption that cooling systems in BMWs are all weak. Plan for it and expect it and you'll be fine. The thing with the 335 is the HPFP. No consensus on whether BMW fixed it or not. E60 is probably a nice car, it just looks like a bag of ass.

 

The 530 will be more reliable. Same engine as what you're driving now so, no turbos,no hpfp issues.

 

I currently drive a 2006 530i and was given the opportunity to get into a 335i for no additional costs. I love the smoothness and luxury of the 530 but am looking for something sportier and more fun.

 

Get the 530i, cheaper to buy, cheaper to run. Better interior

 

You wont need 300 HP in this weather in your snow belt state.
