There are three bolts that hold on your outside tail lights. One is up top, second is covered by a cap which needs to be removed towards the bottom corner closer to you when trunk is open and the third is behind the carpet. If you are changing tail lights then make sure to switch the black plastic covers to new ones. They just pull right off.
The inside, you have to pull the carpet off and then there is one bolt. It is either 8 or 10mm and make sure to have a short extension.
