I have a 2001 M3 converable with the 18" wheels that I use mostly as a daily driver in Atlanta (think little to no snow/ice) but occasionally take to the mountains to rev thigns up. I need these to last a bit, and my criteria for tire purchase is 1) tread life 2) cost 3) performance 4) ride/comfort - in that order. Any suggestions for cost to performance trade-offs? Thanks!

Top all-season performance tires in these sizes would include the Bridgestone RE960 A/S and Michelin Sport A/S Plus.
