You mean the head unit?

I would think from your year all the way up to 2005 (which would be a good upgrade since you can add the BMW AUX cable)

I have an 01 330Ci and I bought an 02 head unit and the connections are not the same. It's in the shop right now to try and figure out a way to fix the seals/chrome trim so I ask them to put the new head unit in bc I didn't want to tear up my interior trim trying to get it off with a screwdriver. The guy who owned the shop called yesterday and said the antenna connections are different and another connection was different, so I guess some adapters will be needed. So heads up, in 2002 they changed some connections!
