I dont plan on slamming my car but I do plan on lowering it a little and wanted to ask which wheel size will give me the best lowering options. Which size will let me lower my car the most. the pros and the cons, etc.

Well, the overall diameter of the tire should be about the same, if not very close.

The 19s of course will look better, cuz it seems to fill the wheel well more. But if you are worried about bending rims on bad roads, then stick with the 18s. 19s=lower profile tires=rim closer to the ground=possible damage if you cant avoid potholes or railroads.

But lowering your car with 18s wont look that bad either.
