So I found a guy near me that is selling snow rims for super cheap, but they're 15s according to the 205/65/15 (dead) tires on them, is that an issue for my car or is that what I want?

Hey everyone, I've had my 05 M3 for just over half a year now, and so it's already been through a bit of snow and winter conditions. I was wondering if there's anything to protect the vulnerable parts of the car against rust and salt corrosion, in preparation for this next winter...

I have a 325i - 2005. I live in Houston and have to move to chicago for 3 months. I will be driving up there- December 1st week. Mine is a rear wheel drive and I have heard it's not safe to drive a rear wheel in places where it snows or sleet. Does the in-built traction control,ABS in the BMWs...

We've had plenty of hard rain here in the midwest the past few days. When it's raining fairly hard where water seems to collect on the roads, I find it much easier to drive with the DSC off. Anyone else seem to notice that DSC is quite sensitive and at times too dangerous?

I purchased these a few months ago from another forum member. The wheels are in Excellent condition and the tires only have about 200miles on them. I put them on my M3 when we had the snow/ice in January. They turned the car into a German Snowmobile!!! I had no issues getting around and they...

I had done a lot of searching for specifics and found good and bad info on the forums. So I just ended up buying a set of 17x7.5 et 40 rims that were previously mounted on a 330. The tires are Hakka 2's size 225/45/17 all the way around. They fit well and have plenty of clearance for my non-comp...

First the obligatory disclaimer: I take no responsibility for anyone trying out anything in this post. If you do something like this, do it in an empty parking lot away from people, cars and houses, and anything else! :read: Today was my area's first real snow of the season. I was coming...

What's the quietest winter tire? I'm considering the LM-25 because the tire tread looks boring which usually means quiet. I also read the PA2/PA3 might be quiet. My problem is the MXM4s that came on my TL are perfect in the summer but dangerous in the winter. So I need something better in...
