Any ideas what would cause all four of these codes to show up at the same time:
F5/F6 - Secondary air system flow too low 1-3/4-6;
CC- idle control system idle control speed not plausible; and
12- exhaust camshaft position sensor.

Car won't start after recent work on vacuum lines and breather hoses. All looks well and is put back right, but car barely starts and when it does it grumbles and sputters.
can a vacuume control valve be the cause?
