My car is 2006 X3 but I think my question will cover other BMW models too.
My SUV dont have heated seats. If i change my seat with other X3 seat that is heated and I also change the electronic switch that turn on/off the seat heat, will that work?
Anyone tried this method?
Hey BMW addicts, over the next few months I'm going to be doing some mega changes to my 330xi and I will be photo documenting it all.
Here's what I'm already planning on doing.
Exterior door handle lights, interior door handle lights, front door pocket lights, led BMW logo projectors in doors...
I washed my car from outside...
then it stopped working at all,
when trying to switch it on, the mass air flow sensor appears and the temerature meter indicates full heat, given that car is cool.

I have a 2006 330Ci ZHP so it has the thicker wheel M steering wheel i believe. Is there any type of retrofit or kit that i can add a heating component to the wheel? Preferably not too noticeable visually...and as clean a design as possible...
