      We do not get much rain where I live, but it gets very hot (103F here lately). I put up a canopy over the area of the car I am working on to make some shade. Maybe doing the same would keep the rain off of your workspace?

      Nice idea, but that would just make sure the rain came sideways to spite me 😃
      
      Everyone used to use EZ-ups like that in the paddock back when I raced. You had to be careful to weigh them down with spare wheels though, or if the wind got up they'd go flying!
