So, where's this money coming from Fade? The way you are asking these questions is kinda like "Wellll......this FRIEND, I have" but you're really talking about yourself?

Bout to sell of those PM's? Rob a bank? Sell some drugs?

I just think a number like 150k is more interesting to discuss then all the "100 mil lottery winning threads."

a more realistic scenario.

My Ride: Cars
With 150K I think it would be easy for me. Since Im 20 and the only bills I have are Car insurance, phone, Food. It could be a good life starter.

First, I would deposit 20K in two installments to my bank a few months apart.
Buy a small pot of land here in my town. Ive been looking at some here and they run around 13-15K for two acres witch is plenty for a small house.

I plan on building a Enesti house from The Tumble Weed House Company and it estimates it cost up to 56K to build. My uncle owns a residential contracting company that i used to work for during the summers and I'm 100% i could have him build it for cash.

That leaves around 79K. And I'd be 21 and own my on home.

Then I would use 25K to get my 3 cars in tip top shape. Miata, 325I, and Integra.

I'd have 49K. Use around 10K to build a good shop to house my two project cars(Miata+integra).

So Id end with 39K and have a house and a shop. House and land would be paid off and all id have to pay is insurance, utilities on my property.

Id save the 39K keep it for later investments.

I would:

- Buy a cowhide X6
- Install a gloryhole in the back of that ish. Just a small plywood one.
- Start a bunch of "Last Post" threads for $5, $10, $15, $20 until I run out of money.

I'd probably deposit $500 at a time over a period of several months to pay off my debt. The rest I would keep in a home safe and use as gas/spending money with an occasional deposit for online purchases.

You could.....but you would probably get in trouble with the IRS/Fed. Think about it....if you buy a $150K car you are going to have to register it which means the authorities will kno whow much you paid. If you clearly don't have the income to justify a purchase of this size, it could be a red flag for an audit. Same idea goes for a house.

Sadly, it doesn't work that way, IRS will be all over your @ss like flies on sh1t. 30K car maybe, the car dealer will work with you, give me $9,000 at a time so they don't have to write it down on paper, some will let you drive it off some will make you pay if off first, don't asked me how I know. Bank is the same way, you don't deposit 10K and up without filling out paperwork. Don't deposit 9,000 or 9,500 if you are going to deposit it a few times. Numbers like $8,901.20 is better.

150K is a nice number, not too hard to work with. Keep all of it, don't deposit a penny, if you need to pay credit cards, go buy money orders and send them in. Pay all small things with cash, like food, gas, entertainment, etc. Pay your mortgage and car payments with your paycheck. Uses common sense. 150K is a good amount but really isn't that much in cash. You can easily carry it with two hands and a shirt. 15 stacks of $10,000, $10,000 stacked in 100 notes isn't that high.
