E46 wagon changing manual seats to electric/memory

Hello, I bought inflatable, electric, heated, memory seats. I dont care about heat, and my seats have inflatable function so im concerned about other to elements. Is it plug and play? I Heard that you need to do some wiring with memory to work. Other question my door panels only got 2 speakers, these panels have additional speaker. Do I need to do wiring? Or there is additional cables for it. And the last one question. My e46 has only 2 electric windows, and these new panels had 4. Can i install window regulators and thats it? Because i dont want to drill hole and make them manual. Thanks for replies.

Sorry for long post, and probably stupid questions that I could find here. I just wanted a quick and clear answer because I'm new at these kind of things.
