Alignment - How bad?

Just got my tires aligned and was wondering how far off these numbers were? I got the lifetime alignment package so when I change my control arms and tie rods, I can get the free alignment.

your toe was busted up. you must strike a lot of curbs or have some really wonky bushings.

if you have wonky fcabs or rtabs, your rear alignment you just got doesn't mean squat.

I replaced my fcabs about a year ago but never got an alignment after. I have never replaced my rear bushings.
