WTB Sedan rear quarter

Need a good fender from someone parting out a body. Color doesn't matter, just needs to be rust free. See the photo for what I'm looking for. All the ones at local J yards are the same or worse than mine.

Located in Massachusetts, will travel or pay for shipping to get it here too.

How would you go about cutting this? Asking so that I dont mess it up cutting it out of the parts car.

To be honest, I have no idea. I was hoping whoever was willing to knew what they were doing.

(Not going to be installing it myself before you ask lol)
