I need to find someone with one of those Quickjacks nearby so I can borrow it.

I'm pretty pleased with them, though I've only taken 2 short trips so far.
No pictures at all.

There is one pic, a couple posts back, unless I'm the only one seeing it somehow?

Began stripping my "winter" (hasn't really been much of one so far) wheel project. Holy crap is the finish thick on these things! It also looks like there is a clear coat underneath the black finish. Made the mistake of starting in the basement while my wife was at her sister's yesterday. She was not a fan of the way it made the house smell! Lol!

The factory wheel finish is extremely hard, I tried taking the finish down to the aluminum on the lip of my e36 wheels. I ended up sanding it off, my fingers were sore as hell when I was done. The strippers I used didn't touch the primer, even the Aircraft stripper didn't work.

I made sure I got the stripper that said paint and epoxy, and it is actually working. It's taking multiple applications, though.

Fuel lines

I'm having trouble figuring out what kind of fuel line this is and what it connects to on a 1999 BMW 323i with a M52TU engine

Installed new cloned DME thanks to Kassel Performance for that piece and Eurotech for the diagnosis.

I was thinking return line from the rail, since it is an earlier car.

I wouldn't call an 03 an early car, my has the FP regulator built into the fuel filter.

OP said 99 323i which did not have the fpr in the filter.

Just diagnosed a failing bearing on my alternator. It was a rebuilt Bosch unit installed at 188k, failed at 227k. For $36 I ordered a rebuild kit with new bearings, regulator/brushes, slip ring and bearing spacer. Should be in in a couple of days and I will get it out and rebuilt. I just did the one on my Mercedes with the same kit and it worked great.

Itís an evap hose. Plugs into the back of the manifold. Zip tie it as it rarely stays in place for me

Did the good ol OFHG, threw on some Toyo Extensa HP II, found some 17" Drag DR69 wheels for a damn good price. Looks ten times better. Also no more oil leak!
