LHD/RHD Seat compatibility (Vert)

I've found a set of seat from a RHD Vert M3,
As my driver seat (LHD 323cic) due to a malfunction on a motor, doesn't move back and forth anymore( plus heating mat damaged) I'd like to know if I can directly swap them or if it is better to swap only the motor and the seat cushion

To be more precise: both cushion ( rhd passenger and lhd driver) are identical?

In case of full seat swap, passenger's one (rhd) can become driver's (lhd) by installing the actual switch box (memory)?
A friend of mine did the same thing ( rhd on lhd) without coding or control box swap and still have errors on seat position recognize..
