320Cd Facelift leaking oil

So about a week ago or a little bit more when I stopped the car the yellow oil light came on. I looked at the oil and it was at the minimum. I completed with about 200ml and it was all good. Yesterday night when I got home, when I stopped the engine the yellow light come up again, the oil level being again at min and I also saw "fresh" oil near the turbo. Any ideas what could it be?
Car is a 320cd 2005.
