Angel Eyes questions (Beginner)

Hey i have a 04 325i with stock halogens i wanted to get some angel eyes but..

1. I don't know of anywhere to get them online for cheap but great quality, so if you guys have a recommendations please tell me.

2. I have those ugly ass yellow daytime running lights so when i do install the angel eyes wouldn't it look ugly as fk to have yellow lights and white halo rings on at the same time how do i solve that problem?

3. Do people actually drive with just angel eyes and not use regular headlights at night? Are they that bright?

4. Do these kits require you to splice into any current wires?
