"This is called freeclimbing, meaning that no safety lines are used"

**** that ****. What if one of those pieces of metal they use as ladder breaks off?

Wow. I'm guessing they're clipped in at all times in case they slip?

A friend of mine did this as his college job in a much smaller level. He was big into climbing and worked at the local airport changing lights on top of all the towers. Made great money for climbing a few hundred feet in the air.

Would be nice if they could base jump off instead of climb ALL the way down.

This has been posted a long time ago, and the guy who's filming himself got in trouble by his company for not using the safety clip as often as he should according to their safety policy.

With that being said, I'd love to do this.

Looks like he climbed all that just to change a light bulb.
If you think climbing is a big deal, think of the people who assembled that tower.

Nope. I can't even hang out of the window of my second story apartment. Heights terrify me even if it isnt even a deadly fall kind of height.

75k in 3 months?!? Not for entry-level tower monkeys... try $15 to $20 per hour.

I looked into this kind of work a while back, until I realized that the salaries are dismal. The only job requirements are a high school diploma, clean driving record, and large testes.
