Exhaust Setup Opinion

I recently bought my first M car, a beautiful Topaz Blue 2003 M3 a couple months ago and I am in desperate need of a better exhaust system. I am fairly new to all of this so I am apologizing in advance for being a noob. My goal is to have an exhaust system where I can open a valve and have pure raw sound, then close it and have a not too loud just all around good sound. I'd prefer to limit the rasp. This is what I am thinking so far I would greatly appreciate any feedback you might have.

Catless Headers - My understanding is I would need a tune? And i've heard "eBay headers" are not so bad?

Resonated Section 1 - Such as https://statusgruppe.com/products/bm...on-1-rasp-pipe

Resonated Section 2 x-pipe with dump valve (before resonator) Such as https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-1...FRaRfgodXfYLyw or https://statusgruppe.com/products/e46-m3-x-pipe
So basically I would weld a valve like this one into the pipe before the resonator: https://www.carid.com/spec-d/3-elect...FVKEfgodWOIBzg

Megan Racing Muffler - Already installed

Please let me know if I am missing anything!

Thanks _a_
