(5 speed) doing the clunky monkey when taking off from a dead stop! Worn bushings(?)

I bought a badley abused "rescue" 01 325i, and now that the motor running good, and fixed all the codes the healing goes on...

Something is worn in the rear suspension I think. It is getting harder and harder to take off a stop and maintaing a low speed like in a parking lot etc without the the car jouncing and making a clunking sound from under the back seat.
It seems especially worse in reverse. Makes me look like I'm just learing to drive a stick shift...
-Is there a bushing somewhere that tends to wear out and cause this ???

My Ride: 99 Bmw 328i
My car does the same but not in revers and it didn't happen over
Night it slowly got clunky so I inspected it and realized the big rear bushing is shot
Pushed with pry bar and to much play plus
Rubber is torn , all started with worn shocks
All four bleed so all on the springs now cracked shell of
Car common on e46 now need complete overhaul of suspension
But in my opinion worth it not just to refurbish but to upgrade
All bushings polyurethane and new coil overs and I'm a welder
Machanic fabricator so frame crack easy but need money and
Need to down car for a little, but car is strong and has never fail mechanically
5 year since I bought it 99 328i custom engine fabrication got pics
