You can cross the blower motor off the list, you've tested it and confirmed good. Also, unless I'm mistaken, the FSR has been in there for a minute now and was a budget brand? That could still be your culprit.

Your voltmeter and that troubleshooting guide are your friends here.

Transmission: Auto
Both blowers turned when given power even though I didn't give them more than a second of power. Should I install the new used blower or my old one? lol

The FSR was the cheap URO brand that I took out and replaced it with a Rein but the blower still didn't turn on.

I'll start using the voltmeter next week. Thanks

At this point they're both used units that are tested and confirmed good. Flip a coin and keep the other one as a spare.
