Today is a good day for the car!

Well I dropped my car off today to get the brakes and pads replaced.... the mechanic at BMW wanted to do it before the warranty was up, even tho they probably had another 5000 miles to go....
Well he just called me and told me he wanted to replace a few other things also, because they showed a little "wearing" haha.....

Control Arms
Control Arm Bushings
Rear Shocks and Mounts
Tie Rods
Alignment
New Battery

Haha........ I gotta take this guy out for a few drinks or something.....
Quite happy right now i must say....

Ya i say be as friendly as possible
I think i'm going to send my SA like a decent bottle of wine some time next week
Seriously since a couple months ago, they replaced so many things just for the hell of it

2 oil changes
Foam piece on the underside of the hood
sunroof
passenger side mirror
everything listed in the first post
new belts because mine were like barely worn
oil level sensor
etc etc etc

how much do you think that all would cost parts and labor included?

today alone would probably be a $3k day no?

Good idea it makes for a very good gesture, i have a habit of supplying my SA and the Parts manager at my local dealer with Puerto Rican rum. Let me tell you i get treated very well and the whole staff there knows me.
