157K on mine, only issues are some hard downshifts till the trans oil warms up and evidence of a rodent nesting on the intake manifold. Peanut shells, insulation and pieces of the cloth tape you find one wiring harnesses.

I put a mouse trap in the same location under my hood at the end of last autumn and I caught 3 mice within a week. I haven't had any since.

I found the first peanut shell there a month ago, I'm hoping the stuff that I pulled out today was in there at that time. My son borrowed the car since then and spent some time on the highway. Hopefully the little fu#?er got blown out. I did have one of the under trays off then too.

Thank you IxNay your compliment and the compliments from others mean a lot to me. I can tell you that that car would never have come out as clean as it did without this forum and help from our members. This is the one and only place I have gone for inspiration and advice over the 14 years I have owned it.

2002 325i, Titanium Silver, 117k miles, 17 years old. Odds and ends to go but mechanical refresh mostly complete. Eight hundred miles last weekend, 80-85 mph, through mountains; pleasure to drive and running like a dream. Paid dues and now enjoying the ride. Thanks everone for the incredible knowledge, support, and resources; couldn't have done it without you.
