DAILY E46 MOD/REPAIR UPDATES - What have you done?

Did my catch can install today. Went straight from the valve cover to the can, out to a PCV and then finishing up at the tube below the distribution piece. I was able to reuse the connectors at each end by cutting off the tubes that led to the CCV, which I left bolted in place. Also capped off the dipstick return. Will do a proper write up on my maintenance thread.

Still need to find a way to secure the can.

Finally got these mounted on the Kosei K1's. Turns out no shops will work on cars with wheel stud kits, so I had to take the wheels off and bring them in loose.

Replaced my terrible weathered out Headlight lens finally, they are Chinese ones and has a slight fitment issue but well see how they go in the next 2week if the get condensation then I'll bite and buy OEM, but can't bear $22 for the pair.

Now have to learn how to properly align the headlights and since my car has never had it done they were stubborn and now have a nice blister from it.Click image for larger version

I wish we could do that for the facelift coupe without baking, lol.

Front SS lines, pads, rotors and flushed the break fluid then bled and bedded.
Pads were super thin, surprised the brake sensor didn't trigger. Could see why I was getting vibration on heavy braking, rotors had surface distortion as well. .
Next up are the brake lines in the back.

Got it changed, front clip seemed a little 'boogered'. Pulled the front bolt out completely and the glass released. New clip and all is good. Got to get some magnetic Torx screw drivers. And nut drivers if they're available.
