Why when you can just spend 5 minutes to fix it and have a functioning safety device?

I've been chasing down 2 faults on my recently purchased 2005 325i. I cleared the first one but this one still remains. I thought I understood the plug pretty well, but this thread brought me to a new level. I can't wait to get home and check this out. I happen to have a second plug off a salvaged pre-tensioner I just installed to clear the other code, so I may be in luck.

Thanks for this info! Great thread.
