Their prices are low, but not always the lowest. I'm sure they have bean counters there who figure out where the line is that they'll still make a good profit because they have happy repeat customers who occasionally return things.

I've returned not-small-ticket items (alternator that was bad out of the box, brake rotors and control arms that failed prematurely). No problems at all.

I always go to FCP first when I shopping for my BMW and Audi. I compare their pricing to others online (Pelican, ECS, RockAuto are the usual suspects), and I have no problem paying a bit extra with FCP knowing that they stand behind their stuff.
