The engine vibration is probably from worn motor mounts. You should replace as much of the rubber as you can: CSB, guibo, transmission mounts, CABs, etc

Also check the sensors near that area they could have got fluid on them. Think it's the thermostat sensors and the one on the lower hose.

Flush wasn't the best word, perpendicular to the surface would be better. The dowel would sit at an angle so I left it off for now. Everything is back together I'll just keep an eye out for leaks.

Also could check the 20amp fuse in the black fuse pack in the ebox underneath the hood.
