It looks like you have a fuel pressure issue? Is the fuel pump original? When was the fuel filter last changed? Check www.realoem.com as you may have 2 fuel filters as the car is a diesel.

Check your tire pressures. Howís the alignment? The DSC is sensitive to out of spec alignments. Monitor the wheel speeds sensors, and check the steering angle sensor.

Did you check to see if the fan rotates for a few second upon starting? The issue may not be with the fan but with a low charge of refrigerant. The dan may be fine.

Technically, the DME controls the operation of the fan. The IHKA controls the operation of the heating/ac and tells the DME that the ac button is on. The DME turns in the fan in response.

Factory spark plugs for the M52/54 engines are NGK. If BMW trusts the company with sparks I bet the other parts are fine.
