I bought an e46 manual-dimming mirror off eBay to replace my failing auto-dim mirror. The manual-dim mirror fits and operates fine. Plus, it doesn't leak.

Ferodo DS2500s aren't bad for street/track use. I still use the Ferodos in the rear, although I now use Hawk DTC-60s in the front for the track.

+1 on the adjustable lower rear camber control arm. The eccentric in the stock setup probably doesn't have the adjustability to accommodate your lower ride height geometry.
