I would not worry. You can send your oil for a test at black stone laboratories and they can tell you if you should change the bearings.

When I did my m3 starter I used an xi starter since it was a bit bigger. I figured it must be a bit stronger. Id just get a fcp Euro or a used eBay one.

The fuel pump is easier to replace than all of those things you listed. As long as you have a low tank and are careful you will be fine.

Use whatever color is already in there. Doesn't matter at all if you replace all the coolant with new stuff. If your level is low, you might have a leak somewhere
