Yes, but there are not many to choose from. The two that come to mind are KW and H&R. I have the H&Rs and will tell you they are 'firm'. Trust me I am use to a firms suspension car, I also have an e30 M3 and an e46 M3 both with aftermarket suspensions. I have to say this H&R kit on the XI is the firmest of the three.

If I had it to do over again I'd opt for Eibach springs and Koni dampers. Seems from those on the XI forums that this setup gives a modest drop for appearance and retains a great comfortable ride.

As for the myth that lowering an XI will destroy the front axles. BS!!!! Mine has been lowered almost 50k miles and still on the same axles. What WILL happen, lowering the car flexes the inner axle boots more. The cheesy OEM boot clamps will loosen. If you don't catch this, it will puke its grease and then you will be out an axle. If you lower the car, install better inner boot clamps, preferably the screw type hose clamp.

I have the Tein type S springs on my XI, an it brought my wheel gap to about 1 1/2 inches with my stock 17 wheels an a 45 series tire. The ride is pretty good for a daily driver. But you'll have to get lower camber control arms for the rear or burn up a set of tires in a week or 2 depending on how often you drive.
