HELP! I just got pulled over for having a fake inspections sticker.

Anyone knows the penalty for it? or knows someone who has been pulled over for having a fake inspection sticker?
Its been considered as a felony...i got 2 tickets...one for failure to properly inspect vehicle ( $130 fine ) and one for the fake inspection sticker ....that one I have to appear in court for.
Any suggesting would be appreciated.

Some states require them, i know on mine its like a 10 dollar fee once a year. It's real basic here they just make sure everything on your car is in working order and no cracks in the windshield and your tint is checked.

mature would be getting your car inspected as the law requires...NOT buying a fake bootleg sticker.

Here is an idea.

Get a lawyer, and prepare for a huge fine. You committed a Felony, and you are going to pay. The only way out, is dead. (Johnny Cochren) So do yourself a favor, and pay your dues, learn your lesson, and don't drop the soap.

damn thank god i didn't do that...

My car is a PIA to get inspected... with the tints, no front plate, they told me I had "altered suspension", "altered emissions" etc... My boy came to my house one day with an inspection sticker with all of my info on it and told me to just put it on my car. Fucckkk thatttttt.... i pictured what would happen if I got into an accident or something.

Let me kno what happends to you, I'm curious..

In MA inspections are done at gas stations, if you know people you can get a legit sticker no matter what.

I know they have State run inspection centers in NJ, I used to live there, but can't you get your car inspected at a gas station as well.

Yea you can, but the average gas station won't do it for you unless you know them. Supposedly fines and stuff got so strict, a lot of the guys are even hesitant to do it for their friends and stuff. You can always find someone though.
