Can i switch from 265 to 275 tire?

hey guys im in the market for new tires. currently i have 265/30/19 in the rear of my coupe. i am dropped on Intrax springs and wanted to find out if i can put a 275/30/19 instead of the current 265 i have now. when my car is sitting really low from rear passengers i rub a little so i know i will rub with the 275 but by how much? would it be a drastic difference? i hardly ever put people in the rear so im thinking ill be fine. what do you think?
