Question Anyone ever heard of a white and grey cockroach?

I think my apartment may be infested. Since there's no open food around, must be my dirty neighbors. Anyways, at various times starting late last nite, I've been catching the little buggers.

Anyways, they're small. Less than an inch long. But, they're not black or brown like normal roaches. These little dudes are white with vertical grey stripes. Weirdest little things I've ever seen. My wife and I weren't even sure they're cockroaches. I mean, at first glance, they have the same shape. Look at them longer, they definitely look like other roaches we've seen. It's just their color and pattern.

Anyone know what they are? I did a quick search, but they don't fit the description of the 4 "normal" roach types found in the US.

If you rotate the roach, he'll have horizontal stripes.

I know there's one floating in my toilet (tried to flush him but he came back up). I'll try and take a pic (he's sideways and I'm not about to go picking him back up) if my wife doesn't flush the toilet before I get home.

That's why I brought up the roach. I saw your thread and remembered that along with the roach problem, I gotta ask my apartment manager people if they can get the toilet to flush better cuz the little dude wouldn't stay down.
